Description

The Corporate Paralegal can expect to get involved in varied work and responsibilities including;

• Assisting in a wide range of corporate transactions
• Supporting the team on disclosure and due diligence
• Drafting and reviewing a range of ancillary documents
• Conducting research for the team
• Supporting senior fee earners on deals

The successful candidate should have:

• Ideally a strong background dealing with Corporate matters gained from a regional, national or international law firm (but not essential)
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal principles
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong academics
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Ties to Greater Manchester/ North West
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
