We are currently recruiting a Plant Operative responsible for overseeing and maintaining the electroplating process of Chrome and Nickle finished products.

You will be instrumental in supporting our clients electroplating process to achieve their daily production objectives. This permanent role involves working alone although supervised to ensure all daily targets are completed effectively and safely. Hours

• Monday
• Thursday 6:00am 2:30pm Friday 6:00am 11:00am Pay £15.

00 per hour. Key Responsibilities and Experience

• Experience of operating and performing electroplating processesPrepare electroplating plant machineryOperating semi automated plant machinery Prepare and maintain electroplating process methodsPrepare and maintain electroplating solution tanks Adhere to waste regulations, effluent recycle process and waste disposal proceduresManage production cycle, including time frames and daily batch processesSkills & Experience required:Operational electroplating processesPh level testing and reportingEffluent and waste product practicesAttention to detail, Q.

C checks (visual)Documentation reporting and completionProcess method analysis and reportingMaintaining process solution stock levels and reorderingManual dexterity to achieve and report daily production targets.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
