- UK and non-UK direct and indirect tax returns for all Group entities, including company, limited partnership and limited liability partnership returns, either directly or through use of external preparers.
- Group tax accounting including but not limited to:
- Monthly management accounting, including cross border transactions and transfer pricing implementation
- Routine audit
- Controlled Foreign Companies identification and reporting
- Supporting on UK Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) compliance and control framework.
- Trading and investment tax analysis, and appropriate reporting thereon.
- Supporting on Tax payments, ETR forecasting and tax budgeting.
- Supporting on tax implementation of new Finance ERP and associated tax calculation software.
- Qualified tax professional with experience within tax compliance or accounting role.
- Experience within Big 4 managing international cross border transactions.
- Ability to prioritise and manage tight deadlines.
- Experience of asset management a benefit.

Summary of our opportunity
ICG is seeking a Manager within Corporate Tax Accounting & Compliance within the global ICG group. The position will be responsible for supporting Group Tax accounting, including monthly management accounts and regular Group audit, and ongoing compliance responsibilities. The role will report to the Corporate Tax Accounting & Compliance Lead and work closely with the broader ICG Tax and Finance teams.
