    Strive have partnered with a leading vendor in the Developer workflow/Analytics space and have been tasked with building out the founding GTM team in the US.

    The Role

    Sr Business/Sales Development Representative

    £40,000 - £50,000 fix plus £20,000 - £30,000 package PLUS equity.

    Progression plan to an AE

    Join a team of 5

    Accelerators uncapped

    The Leadership:

    Both Co-Founders have scaled from first on the ground to $350 million acquisition previously

    Investor Leadership team invested in likes of Databricks, AppDynamics, Coinbase etc..

    All executive team are 'Start-up guru's' with multiple use cases of exit's between them

    VP Sales has previously scaled towards 3x exits

    Interview Process:

    1st Call: Discovery w/ BDR Manager

    2nd: In depth call w/ Head of Sales & mini presentation

    3rd: Final Call with CEO & co-founder
