Description
Your main duties as a Customer Service Advisor will include;

Taking inbound calls from customers to assist them with product queries and ordering stock for them
Booking appointments for customers, cross referencing the diaries of both the business and the customer
Updating all call notes and information on to the system

Profile
As a successful Customer Service Advisor you will have;

Experience within a call centre, customer service, office based or administrative role
Alternatively you could be a graduate looking to start a career, or have worked in retail/hospitality and are wanting to progress withing your career
Strong telephone manner with the ability to communicate well with customers
A passion for helping customers
