Parts Advisor
Crewe, England, UK

The role;
You will be working in the engineering department of a large automotive manufacture based in Crewe.

Providing customer service and advice on vehicle parts and accessories,
Ordering, locating and retrieving parts from stock or suppliers
Maintaining and tracking inventory and part records
Assisting technicians and prepicking parts for vehicles in WIP

To be considered for this position you will need to have experience in a parts role within either an automotive dealership or parts department.

We are looking for individuals that also possess the following attributes:

Experience in the automotive parts industry is essential
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Basic computer skills

Please note:
main dealer experience is a bonus

The job

Shift: Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week (early finish on Friday)

Salary:
£20 - £25 experience and qualifications rate dependent.

Salary enhancements:+25% after 8hrs worked and on Saturday, +50% on Sunday and bank holiday

Pay frequency / method:contractors outside IR35 (limited company owners) - fortnightly or via umbrella company - weekly
