Salary - £60k plus car allowance

I am working with a reputable housing developer who are currently looking for an experienced town planner to come join their team in their Bristol office.

The right candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience within a developer, construction company or the public sector therefore able to come in and hit the ground running


Qualifications:

• A degree in any relevant accredited RTPI sector.
• MRTPI qualification or actively working towards chartership is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in town planning within the public or client side sector.

Essential Skills:

• Proactive time management with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Demonstrate high-quality working practices to support senior team members.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Project management, teamwork, and client service skills are essential.
• Ability to carry out site appraisals
• Collaborative skills to liaise with colleagues and clients, with the opportunity to manage individual projects.
