    Job Title: Sales Negotiator
    Starting Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 basic + an extremely competitive commission, bonus and benefits package

    Working hours are 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday 09:00 – 13:00
    Location: LE65, Leicestershire

This is an incredible opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join a rapidly growing, well renowned business and join a team of highly experienced professionals.     Job Role
    Your key responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator include but are not limited to:
    • Manage a portfolio of properties, booking viewings, registering applicants and managing your diary.
    • Negotiating offers.
    • Upselling and cross-selling other services.
    • Identifying and capitalising any opportunities to maximise sales.
    • Build strong relationships with applicants.
    Skills & Experience
    • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator.
    • Impeccable communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
    • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
    • Full UK driving licence and car.
