As Senior CRM Executive, you will play a vital role within the team.

Reporting directly to the E-commerce Manager, you will be part of a team of two talented professionals; A UX Developer, and E-commerce executive.

As well as a wider team of 17+ IT & Digital professionals.

You will work closely with key business stakeholders to craft compelling communications plans for both retail and wholesale sectors. Your role will entail meticulous data manipulation and reporting, demanding proficiency in Excel to drive strategic decision-making.


Key responsibilities:

Driven Insights:

Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimise campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

Use advanced Excel skills to manipulate data sets and generate comprehensive reports to share with stakeholders across the business.

  • Social Media: Collaborate with the Marketing team to explore opportunities for LinkedIn engagement, leveraging the platform to foster meaningful connections and amplify our brand presence.
  • Customer insights: Design and execute surveys to gather customer feedback and insights. Analyse survey data and summarise key findings to share with stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaboration: Work with crossfunctional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure consistency across channels.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting, with advanced Excel skills essential for interpreting complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Adept at multitasking and prioritising tasks in a detailoriented environment.
  • Basic HTML knowledge would be beneficial.

Your working week will look like this
This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role. We work on a 39 hour a week Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm with no weekend work.

We are located in Altrincham, where there is plenty of free parking and access to location transport.
