Join us as a Data & Analytics Controls Lead

What you'll do:


As a Data & Analytics Controls Lead, you'll manage the risk framework execution for the Data & Analytics (D&A) business area as a risk and control SME.

You'll formulate and articulate risk appetite using the operational risk framework and material risk measures.


In addition, you'll:

  • Provide an aggregated view of the control environment for D&A
  • Support D&A in interactions with second and third lines of defence, to drive a joinedup view across the three lines of defence
  • Ensure impacts of strategic initiatives on the operational risk profile are evaluated, managed and mitigated
  • Support and regularly engage with relevant stakeholders
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement, increasing efficiency and productivity

The skills you'll need:


To succeed in this role, you'll need experience maintaining corporate governance and risk committees; formulating and articulating risk appetite using the operational risk framework and material risk measures.


We'll also look to you to bring:

  • Significant experience within a data and analytics area
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver high quality outcomes, in a fastpaced environment
  • Comprehensive experience in risk management and controls frameworks
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to technical and nontechnical audiences
