Roles & Responsibilities:

- "Big picture" integration and problem solving with an emphasis on build certainty and on-time delivery throughout the customer power plant's design and delivery. recognising problem areas and organising, coordinating, and implementing improvement projects.

  • Promote the adoption of modularization and standardisation in power plant design, as these are two of the main instruments used by the project to achieve Build Certainty.
  • Formulating guidelines and specifications to facilitate Build Certainty delivery.
  • Complete crossfunctional projects, such as design reviews, to improve Build Certainty's embedding.
  • Determining which aspects of the plant design, such as the construction schedule, pose a high risk in relation to the customer Build Certainty principles. This includes both the construction and commissioning phases of the plant life.

  • Determining which construction sequence elements pose the greatest risk in terms of running behind schedule.
  • Determining which logístical flow elements of the plant pose the greatest risk of running behind schedule.
  • Offer highlevel management and coordination of enhancement initiatives and adjustments meant to lower risk in relation to the construction timeline.
