Hours: 38 hours per week
Salary:
£22,000pa
We have a fantastic new opportunity for you to join our developing Recruitment Team in an ever-expanding role. Working closely with our Recruitment Manager our Recruitment Consultant will be, developing, and maintain recruitment campaigns and initiativesacross the UK.
The post holder will be work closely with our internal hiring managers to build networks and campaigns, to find suitable front-line health and social care staff.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be tasked with growing the recruitment practises and successes across all regions. You will understand reporting data to conclude successful and unsuccessful campaigns and how to develop them further.
Main Objectives
- Lead from the front in consistently achieving recruitment targets, demonstrating firsthand to the team what can be achieved in terms of performance and setting a standard against which the team can be held accountable.
- Propose, book and administer events
- Work collaboratively with our hiring managers to establish their recruitment needs and agree a strategy to ensure a successful recruitment and onboarding process.
- Work closely with management to provide data analysis and better current recruitment functions
- Drive the overall employee experience.
- Engage with employees across all departments to build meaningful relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent written English and the creativity to write exciting and interesting job descriptions
- Ability to bring discretion and protect confidential information is essential.
- Organisation, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superb administration skills.
- Hard working, fully committed and enthusiastic approach to your work.
- The ability to think proactively and take ownership of any problems.
- Competent and confident at reporting on a regular basis to Recruitment Manager.
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Highly organised, proactive, and determined.
- A strong understanding of social media marketing an advantage.
- Experience fostering positive and strong relationships with diverse groups of people
