£10.90 per hour, potential Temporary - Permanent

Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a rapidly growing broadband provider with offices across the country.

They are currently in need of a temporary customer service advisor ideally with prior knowledge of broadband, and certainly tech savvy enough to support customers with questions about their router.

This role is temporary with the potential to be permanent. They require cover until they place the role permanently, so it's a great way to get a foot in the door and prove your worth on the job


The Role:

  • Supporting and explaining the set up of broadband routers to customers who are struggling
  • Maintaining a high standard of service to ensure customer retention

The Ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:

  • Experience with broadband and will be very tech savvy
  • Customer service experience would be ideal but not totally required
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Professional attitude, with excellent time keeping and genuine interest in customer experience
  • Ability to commute to St Paul's Square, Birmingham for a full time in the office position
