    The ideal candidate understands and loves our customers (both internal and external) and will work backwards from their needs to create actionable insights and reporting.

    They are experts in partnering and earning trust with stakeholders to drive key business decisions.

    The Vendor Experience and Operations team enables high scale engagement and communication with Amazon's selling partners.

    We launch programs, design processes and develop tools that empower vendors to independently manage and grow their business with Amazon.

    We listen to vendors' feedback and strive to continuously improve their experience by making it easy to work with Amazon.

    We use technology to help vendors perform at their best and ensure that together we continuously create more value for Amazon's customers.


    Key job responsibilities:

    • Own the development and maintenance of new and existing solutions which are focused on driving efficiency within the business via analysis, metrics, and reporting dashboards.
    • Partner with business teams to consult, develop and implement KPIs, as well as automated reporting and process solutions.
    • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
    • Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports and dashboards that will help translate analytics insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.


    Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2,100+ gross per month and the salary depends on the skills and requirements.

    There will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Inc.

    in the USA.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
    • Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
    • Experience with Excel
    • Experience with SQL
    • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
    • Experience in financial/business analysis
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of SQL and business analysis experience
    • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders through datadriven business recommendations
