- Regularly review the performance of the PSL with the business leads.
- Preparing KPI s, such as time to hire, cost, recruitment method, diversity etc.
- Ensure the business is compliant with our legal requirements, especially in respect of employee Right to Work checks.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
- Ensure the Company Group brand is promoted positively and proactively.
- Support with any ad hoc Recruitment and/or HR projects as and when required.
- Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel, etc.
