We re looking for heavy plant engineers for numerous clients up and down the UK from Manchester to Essex. The industry is finally paying well for you specialised candidates.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining product and industry knowledge. You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency.

The Impact you will have:

• The service and maintenance of Heavy Plant Equipment
• Fault finding, planned preventative maintenance and thorough inspections of equipment
• Ensuring customer service is kept to a high level and any queries are addressed
• Adhering to safety guidelines set and all policies set out by customers
• Complete job activity electronically and ensure all required parts to complete tasks are ordered
• Ensuring the company vehicle is maintained to a high standard and correctly stocked
• Ensuring customer relationship are maintained and developed through high standards of service

What will help you to excel in this role:

• Relevant technical qualification NVQ level 2/ 3 in Plant maintenance or equivalent
• Previous experience working on Heavy Plant and machinery
• Experience on Liebherr, CAT, Komatsu, Volvo
• Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical principals
• The ability to work independently and under pressure
• The ability to manage and prioritise workload
• Understanding customer needs
