Role Overview:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing a stimulating and supportive learning environment for our youngest learners. You will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a passion for fostering children's holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported
Assess and track children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children
Create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment both indoors and outdoors
Promote a love for learning through creative and hands-on activities
Stay abreast of current educational research and best practices in early years education
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment practices
Proven experience teaching in an early years setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
