We are an established Property Finance Brokerage specialising in Bridging, Buy to Let, Commercial Term and Development finance.

We are building an amazing team and looking for an ambitious and driven Internal Business Development Executive to join the team, based at our office in Central London

This is a role that requires a proactive, flexible, hardworking approach and positive attitude; with a need for excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.

It will also require you to have strong communication and organisational skills, whilst managingmultiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

Delivering a firstclass personalised service by liaising with our existing brokers and forging new relationships
Providing excellent customer service, whilst communicating via multiple platforms
Engaging with existing broker and new prospects to understand their business requirements and identifying new business opportunities.
Ensuring that the CRM system is updated with any new accounts, contacts, opportunities and maintaining records
Book meetings for the Head of Intermediaries to maximise sales opportunities, ensuring they are fully briefed before the initial meeting
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Good organisation skills, coupled with a high degree of attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong IT skills
The ability to work under pressure.
High levels of personal and professional integrity
A flexible approach to working.
An attitude where they are determined to succeed, with high energy levels and they are a good team player.
A very strong work ethic and a focus on delivery.
Mortgage industry experience preferrable but not essential
