    Opportunity:

    We need a National Account Manager with Grocery experience ideally in the Food & Drink category to come in and continue to drive this brand's Grocery channel. You will be responsible for nurturing current retail listings, overseeing national retail launches, and securing new retail listings.

    These guys need somebody with strong P&L management experience and a keen sense of commercial acumen. You will be one of their first hires, so like any scaling start-up, they need a versatile, pro-active band of employees who are willing to go the extra mile to build a true industry disruptor.

    You:

    To help this business achieve its continual growth plans they are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised individual to work within their Grocery sales team. You will already have a strong background in the Food & Drink category and ideally have experienced multiple rotations on top 4 grocery customers.
    • 3-5 years in sales or business development with a proven track record (CPG start-up, SME, or blue chip preferred).
    • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L.
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, agile start-up environment.
    • Passion for great food.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed in a challenging market.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to set and embody the company's culture within a small founding team.
    • Desire to contribute to the growth and success of the business.
