Guided Solutions has been retained to run the search for a Production Director who will join their UK team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by overseeing company operations to ensure operational and production efficiency, supply chain, new product development, organisational development, and cost-effective management of resources.

You will be responsible for making sure the business meets or exceeds quality standards including FDA and ISO compliance. Strong Medical device manufacturing experience is a must
Proven ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
