• Capable of preparing contracts for both clients and subcontractors.
• Skilled in contract negotiation.
• Experienced in cost analysis and forecasting.
• Ensure clear communication of financial aspects and contract impact to all parties involved.

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a similar role for an M&E Contractor, with a proven ability to manage workloads and effectively track project progress.
