    Overview:


    The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.

    This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, building relationships with external partners, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet hiring needs and maintain a high-quality workforce.


    Objectives & Goals:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and selection criteria.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source candidates.
    • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
    • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance with hiring regulations.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
    • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective recruitment practices and interviewing techniques.
    • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
    • Collaborate with HR colleagues and Management to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.
