    An exciting opportunityfor an experience Lettings Professional or Property Manager to addto an existing successful and strong property management team. Weare working on behalf of a well established Lettings Agent inOxfordshire and as a property manager for their team you will be anessential part of the business being the first point of contact forlandlords tenants and contractors. Communication is a core part ofthe role with those you'll work with.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Managing a portfolio of properties whilstworking within a team
    • Dealing with daytodaymaintenance Informing clients of maintenance on their propertyproviding relevant quotes and suggestions on how to carry outrepair
    • Track works and jobs in hand and keepboth parties informed of progress/status of works. If necessary tocheck the works after completion and then to sign off relevantinvoices for paymen.
    • Undertaking propertyvisits and advising the client of any required work as and whenrequired in order to ensure we are providing the most up to dateinformation to a landlord
    • On a monthly basisor as required to ensure that compliance certificates are kept upto date information correctly recorded and copies of certificatesissued
    • Dealing with checkouts and relatedreturns of deposit and disputes if they arise
    • Maintain and support good working relations with thelocal authority
    • Attracting new clients byexceeding landlord tenants and contractors'expectations
    • Coordinating matters betweenlandlords and tenants
    • Providing landlords withprofessional advice in relation to ensuring their properties arecompliant and in good repair

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Previous property management or customerservice experience
    • Either ARLA Level 3qualified or willing to work towards
    • Professional written and verbal communicationskills
    • Able to work on own initiative as wellas part of a team
    • Flexible adaptable naturewith the ability to work under pressure in a calm manner
    • Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using MicrosoftOffice packages
