- Significant Global Senior Director or COO experience on strategic Supply Chain Demand/Supply related topics
- Solid experience (>10 years) in consumer-focused companies is a must (Footwear, Apparel, Accessories or broader FMCG)
- Experience operating in a complex global matrix organisation
- Experience of a complex multi-product operating environment
