Our client is a multinational business with a multimillion-pound turnover.

This is the Sales and Manufacturing Hub for the UK - designing, producing, and selling technical components to incredibly high standards.


The Customer Services Manager will relate to and communicate with all parties including internal stakeholders from Sales to Distribution and externally with customers and carriers.


You will be:

  • Managing your team from recruitment to appraisal to work allocation and training
  • Acting as the senior point of contact for enquiries and their resolution from all internal interested parties and particularly Sales
  • Sorting out and managing issues such as compliance concerning TOB, prices and customer queries
  • Reporting on activities and outcomes to the Regional Manager
  • Working with the CRM system and Excel to produce reports

You will need to bring:

  • Confidence and drive
  • Ability to communicate positively at all levels
  • Past team supervision and management
  • A passion for excellent service delivery
