Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our team, undertaking a range of responsibilities to support our clients

These will include:

Site visits and inspections to assess building conditions
Quinquennial inspections to evaluate the condition of buildings
Report writing to provide detailed findings and recommendations
Preparation of schedules of repairs to guide renovation work
Tender package preparation to facilitate project procurement
Attendance at meetings to liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities
Supervision of works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Providing technical advice and expertise to clients on a range of constructionrelated matters

Requirements:

BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying
MRICS accreditation (or willingness to work towards it)
Proven work experience as a Building Surveyor
Excellent knowledge of building construction and Health & Safety regulations
Strong report writing skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
