Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our team, undertaking a range of responsibilities to support our clients


These will include:

  • Site visits and inspections to assess building conditions
  • Quinquennial inspections to evaluate the condition of buildings
  • Report writing to provide detailed findings and recommendations
  • Preparation of schedules of repairs to guide renovation work
  • Tender package preparation to facilitate project procurement
  • Attendance at meetings to liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities
  • Supervision of works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Providing technical advice and expertise to clients on a range of constructionrelated matters

Requirements:


  • BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying
  • MRICS accreditation (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Proven work experience as a Building Surveyor
  • Excellent knowledge of building construction and Health & Safety regulations
  • Strong report writing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
