    At AISUS, we are seeking a passionate and people-oriented Business Development Manager to join our innovative team based in Aberdeen, with global travel opportunities. We offer automonmy in the role and the opportunity to play a significant role within the leadership team.

    The role

    As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in prospecting new clients and nurturing relationships with existing customers. Your goal will be to develop strong connections, identify sales opportunities, and maximise revenue for the organisation. You will explore opportunities to expand AISUS product lines into new geographic territories and industry sectors, including renewable energy.

    You will assume ownership of the sales function and work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Finance and Product Development. It will be important to conduct competitive product analysis and market research to formulate a sales strategy for acquiring new business.

    Do you have some of the following skills and experience?

    • Driving force and passion for business development, being the focal point of the commercial team
    • Knowledge or experience within the inspection market within Asset Integrity or Heat Exchange
    • Hunter mentality
    • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
    • Strong ability to meet deadlines and fulfil client requirements
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiating ability
    • Desire for frequent travel to meet current and prospective clients
    • Ideally worked for a number of years in a similar role
