Supporting business cases, stakeholder management, working groups, governance forums, milestone management, project closure, change requests, lessons learnt, & reporting
Helping with financial forecasting, workforce management, forecast discrepancy analysis, role allocation, timesheet management, and interfacing with Business Management teams & HR
Portfolio Execution, Portfolio Working Group, Finance, senior management, PMOs in other business areas

Driving project analytics and reporting, including but not limited to provision of MI on change control, finances, RAIDS, etc.

Pursuing consistently excellent outputs – e.g. standardisation of project artefacts to support delivery and to improve our ways of working across the wider CDS delivery team
holidays; maintaining PMO data quality, etc)
Leading effective operation of existing processes and implementation of new /revised processes and tools to drive PMO goals, improve efficiency and inform decision making
