- A basic understanding of the financial services sector would be beneficial
- Able to accurately record and maintain vital information with good attention to detail
- Strong client service skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong methodical and organisational skills
- Knowledge of XPLAN and Dynamic Planner is desirable but not essential
