Job Profile:

This role involves supporting the facilities supervisor, logging facilities faults and requests from building users.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Logging facilities faults and requests from building users and seeing through to completion using the network of contractors and contacts
  • Assisting the facilities supervisor with the moving in and moving out process for new tenants/members
  • An admin intensive role which also involves use of spreadsheets and financial systems for raising purchase orders

Key Skills:


  • Good IT ability and experience with spreadsheets
  • Able to commit until at least early January
  • Flexible approach

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4pm (Mon to Fri)


Salary:
£11 per hour


Location:
Leeds city centre
