We move time and temperature sensitive shipments which really make a difference to people's lives be that through vaccines or our growing Cell & Gene Therapy business and with approximately 550 employees we operate globally across more than 160 countries, via multiple locations and are opening more each year.

We are recruiting for an Export Co-ordinator to join our ever growing team you will deliver the highest quality of service in our industry by ensuring all shipments are managed in the most efficient, safest and cost-effective way.

Process daily export logistics tasks in compliance with all relevant transportation regulations. Ensure all shipments processed are compliant with Biocair's internal SOP's and policies.

Responsibilities:

Monitor shipping lanes/suppliers for poor performance and inform managers and logistics
Comply with, and implement as required, all security policies and procedures applicable to your role and location (including Shipment, IT and Information Security)
Produce innovations which can be implemented into BAU (business as usual)
Perform research into new routings and services to the maximum benefit of both customer and the company
Ensure that any information that can be utilized in the provision of service is controlled and communicated according to company standards.
Keep close contact with the local airline representative and ground handler to stay up to date for any new services that might become of interest or regulations
Other administration duties as required

Salary:
£25,830.00 per year
