    Description

    We are recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst , on a 12 month fixed term contract , to join our commercial solutions team , based in the Midlands .

    As Senior Business Analyst for the commercial/general insurance business at NFP, you will have a key role in supporting our day-to-day operational teams and P&C Platform implementations in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

    Key duties include the training, design and implementation of workflows and related documents for P&C operations eco system as well as the implementation of the agreed P&C eco system for newly acquired brokers.

    Understands the digital / systems eco system to help manage, maintain, upgrade, and deploy solutions based on organizational requirements for insurance.

    Create and validate configuration instructions associated with partnered integrated systems and other supporting workflows.
    Identify needs for template documents, propose content and format, and gain approval from legal and stakeholders as required.

    Assess the needs of brokerages to identify the body of work associated with P&C books of business and provide recommendations for partnered integrated systems and related solutions which can provide the most efficient and effective delivery of services to internal and external customers.

    Provide support to training efforts through document production and delivery of instruction as needed with partnered integrated systems.
    Create, maintain and make accessible reference documents including manuals for workflows, policies, procedures, welcome kits, etc.

    Perform testing of configuration and other changes in partnered integrated systems and other support to ensure positive outcomes from changes and manage user testing.

    Provide support to the technology help desk as a subject matter expert on partnered integrated systems and other supporting workflows and associated documents.

    Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders on operational and document needs, requirements, content, format, etc.
    Implementation Support

    Act as liaison to implementation team(s) relative to partnered integrated systems Support the UK Implementation Manager in their role Ensuring supporting workflows and associated documents, align with what the brokerage needs and along with adhering to the NFP standards.

    Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the business partners.
    Assist with related special projects as assigned by management.
    Expert of commercial insurance processes, procedures and regulations within a broker environment
    Ability to travel on occasion
    7 + years experience within Commercial Insurance


    Salary:
    Competitive depending upon experience
    Hours: 35 hours Monday – Friday

    Location:
    must be willing to travel to all offices (Bromsgrove, Birmingham etc)
