Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engagement strategies that reflect an understanding of customer needs and customer intent
  • Analyze and understand our customer database and segments
  • Analyze and report on channel and campaign performance
  • Facilitate reporting to demonstrate marketing impact
  • Help evaluate new innovative opportunities to drive engagement and/or results


  • Education

  • BA/BS degree


  • Experience


  • Experience
with SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.

  • Great knowledge of connecting Omni/ Multi channel user experiences.
  • Extensive knowledge of customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and segmented communication strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You're a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have able to work crossfunctionally
  • Track record of operational excellence, creativity, and using analytics to get results
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of HTML and content management systems


  • Experience
improving business efficiency through automation and processes

  • Ability to establish relationships with individuals and teams
  • Strong analytical skills to spot trends and make recommendations

  • Ability to develop solutions that reduce total cost of ownership over the long run
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with internal customers and all levels of management in a nontechnical manner.

  • Ability to organize, disseminate information efficiently gain consensus and set expectations
  • Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities and drive to take ownership of issues and tasks
