This role involves attending events and potential nights away from home.

As part of our growing team, we are seeking a full time Programme Manager to support our daily operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our business.

The successful candidate willoversee andensure the efficient management and delivery of a number of Fieri's learning and development training programmes and projects.

The PM will be responsible for managing and delivering projects on plan and on budget, which, day to day, will look something like this:

Resourcing of delivery dates, delivery teams, venues, and accommodation making sure coaches and facilitators have the right resources to deliver Fieri events.

Liaising with your team and the account directors to ensure the smooth running of programmes and projects.

Ensure all course material including programme guides, instructor notes, and risk assessments are in place and shared with the delivery team.

Assist with facilitation and delivery on events, depending on experience and appetite
Building strong relationships with clients.

Managing the quality assurance process for each programme/event including capturing key programme data such as feedback and sharing the analysis with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Updating the current project management systems and any other internal processes.
Previous experience in a programme management role is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
Offers starting from £30k-35k depending on experience
