    The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Research Manager or Associate Director (dependent of experience) with experience of;Conducting and analysing quantitative and qualitative researchUsing research to develop brand and reputation strategies, communications and message development A deep understanding of political and policy landscape ResponsibilitiesLead research projects (from the first meeting with the client through to the presentation of the findings)

    Design research materials and stimulus; including discussion guides, questionnaires, and messages for testingConduct qualitative research; focus groups and depth interviewsConduct quantitative research; online surveysAnalysis and reporting – identifying insights, structuring of reports, building of strategic recommendations Presenting findings to clientsKeeping abreast of new insight techniques and client portfolio newsProposal writing and costing Skills & Competencies:
    Extensive experience working in a research companyExperience of conducting and analysing qualitative and quantitative research, including online surveys andpanels, focus groups and IDIs Experience of both opinion former and consumer research Experience of working on high-profile, market-leading brands, across a range of public sector, consumer and corporate clientsUsed to working in a client-facing environmentUsing research to help develop communications strategySelf-motivatedExcellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Project management experience
