    We are currently supporting a leading Energy & Commodities trading company who are seeking a e-learning coordinator to join their team on a 12-month FTC to contribute to the development and implementation of their Compliance Training Program. The role will involve closely supporting their Senior Compliance Specialist in maintaining a robust global compliance framework.

    The Compliance Function is pivotal in ensuring adherence to rules and regulations across our business operations. As part of this function, you will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures related to various regulatory aspects, including but not limited to anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, and market abuse.

    Collaborating closely with the Senior Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering e-learning modules covering essential regulatory topics relevant to commodities trading. This role demands a proactive approach and prior experience in developing compliance training programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement e-learning training modules covering various regulatory topics (Market Abuse, AML, Competition law, sanctions, anti bribery and corruption).
    • Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure alignment with global standards.
    • Liaise with relevant teams, particularly in our Singapore office, to deliver effective training programs.
    • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of experience in a related role.
    • Strong initiative and ability to take ownership of tasks.
    • Excellent relationship-management skills.
    • Previous experience in a compliance function, preferably within commodities trading.

    This opportunity is a 12-month FTC, coming in between £45,000 - £55,000 that requires you to attend the central London office 3x a week. If you feel like you could be a good fit please apply immediately for consideration.
