    Description

    We are seeking a talented and skilled Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a minimum 3 years' experience onboarding new clients and delivering a diverse range of IT solutions in a competitive market. You will need a consultative approach to help clients create the roadmap for their future IT needs and an enterprising outlook to create and build a robust sales strategy.

    As an experienced Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our consultancy team, engaging with high-profile clients, and contributing to the growth of both our clients and Celon. You will enjoy the autonomy to shape your work while also receiving support and paired with our competitive commission structure, this creates a foundation for both personal and professional growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
    • Manage and nurture client relationships to understand needs and maximise sales.
    • Develop strong, sustainable sales process and procedures and achieve targets.
    • Define an IT strategy aligned to business objectives, services gap analysis and account roadmap.
    • Prepare high-quality quotes, proposal documentation and IT strategy roadmaps.
    • Generate financial reports and forecasts based on sales pipeline.
    • Stay informed about industry advancements and adapt to the fast-paced technology landscape.

    About You

    • Proven experience as a primary Account Manager or similar sales roles.
    • Strong technical knowledge and interest in the IT sector.
    • Demonstrated ability to rapidly build and grow trusted client relationships.
    • Capacity to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
    • Commercially astute with the ability to solve business issues with IT solutions.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Energetic, proactive, and pragmatic with initiative and drive.
