We're seeking a dynamic Business Director to lead our client services team at a charity-focused marketing agency. dedicated to driving social change through creative and impactful marketing campaigns - As the Business Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and new business pitches, exceeding client expectations in relationship management, work delivery, and budget management.
• Develop strong senior-level relationships with clients, driving creative excellence, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to new business initiatives and pitches.
• Provide financial oversight and track profitability across client projects, ensuring accurate reporting and meeting financial targets.
• Lead and mentor the client services team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client services and business development within a marketing agency or related industry.
