Training Manager Inside IR35Contract Term: 5 Months part- time role 4 days a week

Perform gap analysis and process modelling in support of user business change management activities driving requirements.
Project manage the procurement of an authoring and deployment platform for digital training products.
Delivery of a digital training pilot, in support of user business change activities, investigating methods of digital delivery of ESN training to end users.
Generate training materials to delivery training to ESN stakeholders on ESN products.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the push to talk training programme.
Ownership of the digital training approach
Deliver training on ESN Assure to emergency service users as required.
Review Assure policy, process and changes.
Manage the Training Oversight Group Governance Board
Delivery of the digital training pilot project.
Generate training materials on ESN capabilities.
You'll have relevant experience in:
~ Training experience within the Emergency Services sector.
~ Experience of the Emergency Service Network
