Job Title:
Complaints Handler (Insurance) Dog Friendly Office
Hours: 09:00 -17:30, Monday to Friday, Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
Do you have a passion for customer service? Do you have experience in complaints handling and insurance with knowledge of the FCA? You will be joining a friendly bubbly team of individuals as well as being around some fury friends in the office too
As a Complaints Handler you will be providing excellent customer service to their clients/ customers. You will be monitoring the in-box and liaising with members within the business regarding any complaints they may have.
Providing excellent customer service
Monitoring the complaints inbox
Answering phone calls.
Corresponding to members complaints via letter, telephone and email while adhering to the FCA regulations. Previous experience in a customer service role
Previous experience dealing with insurance and an understanding of the FCA regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience using a document management system.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
