What will you be doing?


A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Networks Contract Management team for a Commercial Contract Manager to support and manage the in-life cycle of contracts with key Suppliers.

You will provide contractual advice to internal stakeholders, highlightany risks, demonstrate clear mitigation plans and present Vodafone's clear position.


Manage key strategic and commercial risks for Vodafone under the contracts through governance and reporting, utilising digital Contract Management tools and building intelligent reporting.

In addition, you will also work closely with the Operational teamsresponsible for the Network Design, Build and Operational deliverables and obligations within the contract and with the Finance teams to ensure payments and invoicing are paid and identify potential commercial opportunities within the contractual framework.

Build effective and collaborative relationships with the supplier and be the primary point of contact for all contractual related matters both internally and externally.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day assignments alongside existing members of Contract Management team, aiding and guidance where necessary. This role will be the main point of contact for internal queries, assistance, and requests for Contract Management resource


Who are we looking for?

  • Contract Management Experience with experience of managing contract risk, noncompliance, and associated damages.
  • A good understanding of commercial contracts and building cohesive relationships with suppliers/partners
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts effectively at all levels adapting to your audience across the organisation
  • Strong analytical skills able to solve complex problems and make effective decisions.
