    CQC Registered Manager- Complex Care

    Wokingham.

    The role is based in Wokingham which is not far from Reading and easily commutable from Farnborough, Frimley, Aldershot, and Guildford.

    Salary negotiable depending on experience.

    The Libertatem Healthcare Group is part of Sonderwell and have this exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join us as a national provider for nurse-led complex healthcare in the community.     The Registered Manager will oversee the operational running of our offices specialising in Complex Care in the community and day to day management and oversight of all clinical compliance and governance aspects of the service to ensure we achieve a high quality of service delivery.

    The services we provide include complex care at home for adults and children with long term health conditions needing tracheostomies, PEG feeds and ventilators. With conditions such as Brain and Spinal Injury.

    Working with the Managing Director the Registered Manager/ Clinical Lead will ensure that staff are motivated and supported to achieve strategic, long term and sustainable customer service relationships and ensure that strategic benchmarks are in place to develop and grow the business and ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with statutory requirements and organisational policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and support for all staff.
    • Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice
    • Uphold the rights, choice and dignity of Service Users.
    • Ensure Libertatem Healthcare Group policies and procedures are followed at all times.
    • Ensure Care Quality Commission standards are met for all clients.
    • Deliver a high-quality care service without discrimination.
    • To review and monitor all incidents, accidents and untoward events that are reported and logged on Radar system. That incidents that require further investigation are delegated to appropriately trained staff for investigation.
    • Undertake investigations relating to any non-clinical incidents and follow them through to their appropriate conclusion.
    • Attend client meetings, MDT meetings, meet & greets, seminars and events as and when required to do so.
    • Ensure all consent forms for all aspects of client care and support are returned signed and updated as necessary.
    • Management and supervision of care coordinators and planning of work to be undertaken and ensure weekly feedback is received for compliance.
    • Ensure senior management team are consulted in any suggested changes in practice or service improvements that could be implemented having been identified through audit/ feedback/ service monitoring and develop the implementation suggestions.
    • Maintain the information required for CQC/ CIW & RQIA monitoring and inspections, to include PIR, portfolio of evidence to include compliments, service improvements undertaken, reflections, case studies, lesson learnt (not an exhaustive list)

    Qualifications:

    · NMC or HCPC registered.
