Customer Account Manager

£27,000 + Bonus of £300 - £1,000 per month

Do you work in retail? Do you want to build a career with a UK leading business?


We are looking for an experienced front facing Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our well-established client based in Newcastle.

This role is only available through growth and expansion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers, both new and existing
  • Demonstrate brilliant communication skills both face to face and over the phone
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines

Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required:

  • Great communication & Customer Service skills
  • Drive and enthusiasm
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
