    What you will be doing:

    · Create personalized outreach to prospective customers

    · Update and maintain Salesforce to ensure contact details and status of leads are correct

    · Tenacious in prospecting, seeking new avenues to break into accounts.

    · Proactively seeking out constructive feedback.

    · 1-2-1 collaboration with Account Executives/Marketing and Senior Management.

    · Researching and understanding industry trends and common pain points.

    · Excellent communication skills.

    · Coachability & self-awareness.

    · Innovative mindset, voice your opinions on how processes can be improved and what's working for you.

    Your Experience:

    · 1-2 years' experience in a sales role minimum 2 years SDR.

    · Familiarity with CRM & cadencing tools.

    · Proficient in methods of outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.).

    · Experience with interacting with C-Level executives.

    · Qualifying & booking high quality meetings.

    · Track record of hitting & exceeding quotas.
