Location and flexible working:

Hybrid - This role could be based in either our Edinburgh or London offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

All of our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.


Salary and benefits:

The role


Developing campaigns and regular customer activity is a critical part of our engagement strategy, helping our customers understand more about their pension and helping them to build the retirement they want.


You'll work across a wide variety of stakeholders, including Digital, Proposition and Content teams, and you'll develop and deliver some of our key engagement campaigns.


Planning and measurement are central to this role - supporting our campaign planning processes and making sure that we prioritise activity effectively helps to make sure we're always giving our customers the information and material they need.


Measurement is very important - building measurement and testing into our campaign development process is key, along with testing content and responses from different audiences to develop our longer-term strategy.


What are we looking for?

  • We're looking for someone who's passionate about Marketing and communications, and who has already proven that they're highly skilled in campaign planning and execution.
  • You'll be someone who loves the detail loves understanding our customers and what they're looking for, and loves developing strong campaigns that deliver clear, measurable results.
  • You'll be highly creative, but also highly analytical able to interrogate and understand both the data we use to build our campaigns, and what the results are telling us.
  • We're looking for someone with great attention to detail when it comes to campaign delivery someone who'll manage timescales and budget expertly, and who is always looking for ways we can improve how we work.
  • You'll enjoy working across a big organisation with lots of different stakeholders, and have the ability to put your views across within a team discussion to drive collaborative work.
