Senior Network Analyst - Core Networking / SDN / Security

Our client are a Valued Added Reseller of enterprise network and security solutions urgently seeking a Senior Network Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

As Senior Network Analyst, you will be part of the team which provides an agile 24x7x365 rapid response and resolution to the Client's network and security issues.

Duties include but not limited to as the Senior Network Analyst:

Support Clients to ensure highly available connectivity (LAN, WAN, WLAN), active carrier management and support the roll-out of upgrades and improvements
Management of Cisco SDWan, SD Access LAN with integrated Wifi
Monitor, manage and Act upon security alerts to ensure integrity of client's network is maintained
Identify and resolve faults, adhering to strict SLA's, in networks both software defined and traditional.
Work with the Technical Design Architect by engaging actively in projects with focus on IT security, connectivity and performance.
Provide support to team members in and out of hours
Visit client sites to troubleshoot and repair solutions
Provide onsite equipment installation and support

Skills, experience as the Senior Network Analyst:

Sound knowledge in various network and firewall technologies, SD-WAN and SD-Access environments
Understanding of DOT1x network authentication, COA
Web based web filtering, antimalware security, cloud firewalls and DNS security
Multi Factor Authentication, RADIUS and TACACS+
Team player with great communication skills, pragmatic and focused way of working and highly customer service oriented
Experienced in supporting national and international businesses to strict SLA's
Operational knowledge of ITSM systems and escalation requirements
Hold either CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Security
