BellCornwall Recruitment are pleased to be assisting a major National Medical Supplier in its search for a junior IT Engineer

This could be a great opportunity for an IT graduate or someone looking for to grow their IT knowledge within a national organisation

It Engineer Responsibilities:

Provided 1st line support including call logging, documenting and core desktop support.
Hardware, core desktop, mobile, Floor support including client AV setups and desk support
Resolving/routing other customer service requests
Ensuring proactive monitoring and reporting of recurring issues to the Senior Support Analys

Ideal person:

Have just completed an IT apprenticeship OR Strong customer service (Ideally)
Have an Interest in IT
Excellent communicator both written and verbal
MUST Drive
Proactive and professional attitude
