This is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Paediatric Team.We are currenting seeking an enthusiastic induvial to work alongside side our existing Team Leaders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an already experienced Team Leader to further enhance and develop their leadership skills or for someone who wishes to further develop their career in leadership and management.
- The post holder carries day to day responsibility for the operational management and delivery of services within the Community Paediatrics service.
- The post holder, with the support of the Service Manager, will hold delegated responsibility for the management of the service budget.
- The post holder will have responsibility for ensuring performance within designated trust standards including clinical, key performance indicators and financial management targets.

The post holder carries day to day responsibility for the operational management and delivery of services within the team. The post holder will ensure that a high quality of service is delivered within this clinical area.The post holder will work in partnership with the other Team Leaders and be responsible for the management of staff within the team, leadership, the delivery and delegation of management supervision and ensuring appropriate clinical / professional supervision takes place as per Trust policy and procedure.
The post holder will also carry out clinical duties to maintain clinical competencies for 10% of their time if applicable.
