- Support the team in projects to enhance and simplify processes.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of governance mechanisms including compliance to a third party risk management framework.
- Build up project templates to support the team – use examples from current and past projects to identify best practice.
- Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle and project and ensure updates are entered in a time controlled fashion.
- Building strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Support the management of all technology risks including security and business continuity.
- The role will also include diary management for the Technology senior leadership team and coordinating and supporting external events including seminars and networking events.
- To support the department's supplier management processes, including maintenance and development of record systems.
- Actioning requests to the IT mailbox, managing purchases from raising a purchase order, through to processing invoices for payment.
- You need to have a minimum of 1 year's office admin/co-ordination experience.
