- Leadand manage the MFL department ensuring the delivery of anexceptional MFL curriculum
- Provide strategicdirection and support to MFL teachers fostering a positive learningenvironment
- Monitor and evaluate the progressand achievements of students in MFL
- Collaboratewith colleagues to develop and implement effective teachingstrategies and resources
- Mentor and guide MFLteachers promoting professional growth anddevelopment
- Contribute to the schools languageprograms and extracurricularactivities
- Maintain accurate records of studentattendance behaviour andachievements
- QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) orequivalent
- Specialization in Modern ForeignLanguages (MFL) or a related field
- Postgraduatedegree in MFL or Language Education(preferred)
- Significant experience teaching MFLpreferably at the secondary level
- Provenleadership and management skills with the ability to inspire andmotivate others
- Excellent command of multiplelanguages
- Strong communication organization andinterpersonal skills
- Commitment to ongoingprofessional development and staying updated with advancements inlanguageeducation
